According to Indian media, actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who is known for his acting in Kanda films. He has been arrested on the charge of murder. Along with the actor, 10 other people including his wife Putra Gowda have also been arrested on suspicion.
The actor is 47 years old and has been arrested from his farmhouse in Mysore. Police officials say that the actor is accused of killing 33-year-old Renuka Swamy. Renuka Swamy used to work in a pharmacy in Bengaluru. And she sent insulting messages to Putra Gowda (Dakar Darshan's wife) few days ago. And few days later Renuka Swamy's body was found on a bridge.
According to Indian media, the 3 people have been arrested during the investigation of the case. He has given a statement to the police that he killed Renuka on the request of actor Darshan. Renuka Swamy parents had filed an FIR with the police on his disappearance. However, the investigation is still ongoing.
